The Embassy of India in Ankara invites tender under two bid system from registered and authorized firms/companies for replacement of existing heating plant of Chancery Building, Embassy of India, Ankara Cinnah Caddesi No 77 Cankaya, Ankara.

2. The tender document can be downloaded from Central Procurement Portal https://eprocure.gov.in/cppp/ and also the official website of the Embassy of India, Ankara at https://www.indembassyankara.gov.in/tenders/ from 12.05.2022 to 01.06.2022.

3. The interested firms/companies should submit the bids in two separate sealed covers, super scribed as "Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Both sealed covers should be put in a single enveloped super scribed as "Tender No. ANK/862/1/2021 for replacement of existing heating plant of Chancery Building" and addressed to "Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Cinnah Caddesi No 77 Cankaya, Ankara". The envelope should be dropped at the Reception of the Embassy of India, Cinnah Caddesi No 77 Cankaya, Ankara.

4. Quoted price should remain valid at least six months from the date of submission tender and cannot be changed to higher side after award of the contract. Interested bidders may contact on Telephone No. +90 312 4382195 for any clarification between 1430 hrs to 1730 hrs.

5. Site visit: Physical visit to the site is advisable to have a general idea about the extent/scope of works. Interested firms/companies can visit the site from 1000 hrs on 1500 hrs after prior appointment with Mr. BK Sahu, Attache(Property) Embassy of India, Cinnah Caddesi 77, Cankaya, Ankara Telephone No.: +90-3120 4382195-98 extension no. 125; email- property.ankara@mea.gov.in

6. Last date of submitting the bids is 01.06.2022 at 1500 hrs. The Technical Bids will be opened on 06.06.2022 at 1600 hrs by a Committee authorized by the Competent Authority of the Embassy of India, Ankara. The financial bids of only those bidders, whose Technical Bids are found responsive, shall be opened by the Committee authorized for the purpose.
